Notes from Reading One: The Zeta Reticuli
Why do so many planetary societies live in denial of life outside of their own planets?
To ponder can be confounding. There are many of your scientists who refuse to believe that I exist. Moreover, there are other worlds that have scientists that probably believe that you do not exist, Mary. Yet we know different.
Dogma is the fear of change from a comfortable reality to an unfamiliar one. There is nothing to fear in gaining knowledge. Religion is a closed, inward looking view of the Universe. It fulfills an emotional need, but it is inward focused, and it desires only to survive in its present state, without change.
Science thrives on change. It reevaluates and revises old ideas as new knowledge replaces it. It does not forget the knowledge of the past. Science merely adapts and incorporates new knowledge. It constantly evolves. Science, in your world and in our culture, has offered many blessings. It is not by science alone that we live, but it is a significant part.
There is a boundary between universes, and a quantum concept of a noise is not inconsistent. It is an observable barrier between universes. A noise provides a demarcation between them, which does not cause difficulty. It merely differentiates a frequency on one side with another frequency and resonance on the other side. This barrier prevents the two universes from merging so that the integrity of both universes can be maintained. However, they can be passed through. They are permeable. This is a type of barrier without being a barrier. As an analogy, it is much like the speed of sound and the accumulation of shock waves which, if correctly understood, can be passed through without difficulty. In a number of abduction scenarios, it is easy for many craft to make such a trip or give a tour, as you say. It is a bit eye opening for humans.
Why are you blending the species?
It eliminates tribalism. There is universality, yet each species still has its heritage. We do not deny these. It is good to know where we come from.
We know that we are just pinpoints of light that form a larger spectrum of colors that we all share in joy. Such interactions with other species might shock humans but, in time, you, as a species, may be able to understand. It is one of the walls that we will scale together.
The time may come when we will meet in a physical sense. That great day will come, and it is one that we all look forward to. We will not be afraid. It will be like visiting an old acquaintance again. This is part of my role.
On my home planet, and the hundreds of others that exist, there are many transgenic (of, relating to, or denoting an organism that contains genetic material into which DNA from an unrelated organism has been artificially introduced) or blended species that make a form of generic life. It creates fewer interplanetary rivalries with this blending of species among many planets. The pride of one culture does not dominate over another. It is one where we are all the same.
It stops tribalism.
How do hybrids disguise themselves while living amongst us?
We call them a blended species. There is a being described is a female ‘hybrid’ or transgenic being assigned to your world. She is much older
She has exposed some of her human friends to her situation (being an alien), due to frequent visits by others of her kind (hybrids). Her telepathic abilities are able to create strong emotional links between herself and humans that they would not expect. As a result, they are very private and protective of her.
She is a very fast typist on your computers and is very useful in the office. Computers are no problem for her. Besides the bookkeeping, she is working on her customer skills. She is becoming very adept. She focuses on her efforts to blend in. It provides opportunities to learn. She also encounters many people in that working environment who have a lifestyle that would be more open to a being or person such as her. They are more and more accepting of her. This is why she has been placed in this work situation.
How do humans benefit from interactions with hybrids?
There are moments the hybrid living amongst you could easily project thoughts and images into customers’ minds, even the desire to purchase products, but they are careful not to manipulate the human customers too much. A hybrid also can read their thoughts. In a sense, the hybrid is a perfect salesperson with insights that the human would not fully appreciate.

How would you define ‘nature?’
There is a physical existence for nature.
Existence is nature. There is also a life force of all living things and many
nonliving things that form a beautiful wave of harmony. It is an invisible
force that we can take comfort in. It is also a very violent force as nature
goes its own course.
It is what it is, and we must respect and abide in the
force behind it. But many living things, cumulatively or collectively,
contribute to this, which the Universe calls nature. It is not just a spiritual
concept, but also a resonating vibration that exists beyond most human senses.
It almost has a consciousness of its own in dealing with forces of the
Universe. Some are very beautiful. Some are forces of great violence. Also, from
the backwaters of this violence comes great, new life and wonder.
What do you see as the reason why it is not good to tell of your existence amongst us?
Humans have certain things they need to understand first. They need to catch up.
In addition, because humans traumatize easily, the level of permeation of other cultures in this world is more prevalent than most here on your world realize.
It is not something to be feared. It is already here and exists. The expectation is that it will remain so, interacting in harmony and peace. There is no concern. It is merely another place where others live who are not of this world.
Is it true that your race has no emotions?
It is not fair to
say we can face sorrow bluntly. Maybe our own species has a way in sharing that
sorrow in that we can console one another. We experience both the feeling of
happiness as well as sorrow from loss of a life. There are other causes for
sorrow. Our instincts are similar to yours in what you react to emotionally. We may only react to different degrees.
For the human, in the event a loved one disappears, there is no resolution. They
are trapped. They feel the need for hope that they might find their lost loved
one. It is a hope that may never be resolved. I often wish I could communicate
about some who have disappeared, because they are not lost to us (we can sense where they are).
Some humans just live separate lives, still within the
midst of those who feel the loss. The humans have been taken, in some cases, against
their will. Through their survival techniques, they have dealt with their
kidnapping by adapting to the only reality they know. They may be alive and not far away. A family
can still be unaware of this and can feel the great loss.
It is a curious
situation for us, that humans have no
community of mind that, in our society, would prevent such a kidnapping
from occurring to begin with, because each would know of the other. One could not be physically kept away
from another if they chose to be together in our culture.
It is the isolation that we
understand, but we are confounded by
this. I often wish I could intercede and enlighten by leaving clues so others
can find each other in your absence of a telepathic community.
We would like to say we try not to protect ourselves from the onslaught of human emotions, however,
this is not a completely truthful statement because we are also inter-connected
telepathically, and the sorrow felt by humans can be shared and dispersed.

Is there such a thing as beings without bodies?
Yes, we call them pure energy beings.
There are energy beings. There are many energy beings that exist solely as energy.
- Most are good by your and our moral standards.
- Many are benign and try to create very beneficial atmospheres of energy.
- Some exist on the energies of others (negative entities, energy vampires). They create fear and harvest that negative energy to draw upon it. These negative, selfish ones exploit emotional energies. They create fear in their hosts, for their own purpose. For many species, including humans, fear is a strong and dynamic force.

Asteroids are a fact of space. They are the leftover debris of planet and solar system formation. The ‘scraps,’ you might say. There are thousands of objects orbiting in your solar system in various orbits. In our situation around our stars and many other stars, such asteroids also exist. Your solar system is not unique in this, but certain asteroids do pose harm to your planet, and have harmed it before.
Our science has the ability to dispose of space debris by altering their orbits, by rendering them harmless, or by directing their orbits to eventually cause them to collide with the star they orbit, with no consequence to that star.
Altering the objects reflectivity by a mere percent can change its orbital path by one earth diameter over several of Apophis’ orbits. We do not see asteroids as a cause for alarm. If there should be worry, we can make an object, in effect, disappear.
Do we protect you?
We have too much invested in your world to see it come into harm’s way. I am sure our motives, if seeming selfish, would be for our mutual benefit.
